The risk relating to such services (e.g. account access, software activation, cloud services, subscription features) passes to the consumer from the moment access is provided or the service is activated, regardless of the delivery of the physical product, unless otherwise specified in the specific terms of the service.
Any temporary interruption or technical malfunction of the digital service does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights regarding compatibility, functionality and conformity of the product or service with applicable law.
